Pricing

Commission prices vary depending on the style of the piece, how many characters are involved, how intricate the background(s) and character(s) are, shading (or lack thereof), how much of the body is drawn, and possibly other factors. To get a clear, concise price on the piece you want made, please contact me with a detailed description of your desired commission. Referencing specific pieces of mine to explain what sort of style you want it to be drawn in is highly encouraged.A general rule of thumb (bust price - full body price):Sketch: 10 USD - 30 USD
Flat Color: 15 USD - 35 USD
Simple Shading: 20 USD - 40 USD
Complex Shading: 25 USD - 45 USD
Character Sheet: Starting at 65 USD+Art pieces done in a lineless or geometrical style tend to cost more, while art done in a simplistic or chibi style tend to cost less.(Backgrounds range from free to 30 USD depending on complexity.)(Typically, adding a character will cost the same as the first, -5 USD. (e.g. sketch bust of 2 characters would commonly be 15 USD.)

TERMS OF SERVICE

I. PRICING

1.1) Pieces will be payed for in full up-front, and their prices are finalized upon payment.
1.2) The only exception to [1.1] is if the Client requests an entire sketch be re-done, the price for which will be 5 USD.

II. REFUNDS

2.1) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission before the sketching process has taken place, they will be issued a full refund.
2.2) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketching process, they will be issued an 80% refund.
2.3) If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the lining process, they will be issued a 60% refund.
2.4) If the Client wishes to cancel during or after the coloring process, a refund cannot be issued.

III. CLIENT AND ARTIST'S RIGHTS

3.1) Client's have the right to request changes to the commission as they see fit during the sketch-thumbnail stage. These fixes are free of charge unless in the case of [1.2].
3.2) The Artist reserves the right to cancel any commission without giving a reason. In the event of a cancellation issued by the Artist after the Client has already paid, the Artist will issue a full (100%) refund.
3.3) The Client reserves the right to ask for updates or reassurance on their commission at anytime. The Artist is obligated to respond to these questions, and is also obligated to update the Client in necessary situations, but does not have to give a detailed or personal reason for delays.
3.4) The Artist reserves the right to post the Client's commission publicly on any website or portfolio unless the Client explicitly wishes to keep it private. The Artist will also explicitly state that the piece was a commission in the event of posting it.
3.5) Unless specifically requested otherwise, all posted commissions will leave the commissioner anonymous.

IV. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

4.1) The Client may not profit from the Artist's commission. This includes but is not limited to: reselling of the digital image, selling a printed version of the commission, selling apparel with the commission [on it], and/or rights to the image. (Usage of the image in monetized YouTube videos, Twitch streams, etc. is allowed.)
4.2) In the event the Client wants to negate [4.1], a special request for a commercial commission may be filed, in which said commission may be used in commercial content and the rights will be held by the Client.
4.3) Unless stated otherwise (i.e [4.2]), the Artist reserves the rights to their artwork.
4.4) The Client may not alter the artwork itself (Cropping is an exception).
4.5) The Client may upload the artwork they receive or use it for any non-commercial purpose. However, they cannot claim the artwork as their own. Credit is appreciated but not required. This includes but is not limited to: [un-monetized] videos, icons, journal uploads, video AMVs and video edits.The Client must read and understand all these terms before contacting the Artist. By sending payment, you agree to the above Terms of Service.
